This tournament will be held at CFC Park. 667 Amity Rd in Bethany, CT The schedule will be posted online later today HERE We have 6 total teams for a cash payout of $750. All players must sign up online onto your team by Sunday at 8AM. Rosters will be checked! Players must show ID. Players can use the above link and click “Register”. You can see your current roster by clicking on your team name and clicking “Roster”. We will update it daily up until Sunday morning. Outdoor cleats and turf shoes are allowed at CFC Park. Shinguards are mandatory. There are no concessions so feel free to bring food/drink/BYOB. Please just clean up after yourselves. The schedule consists of Three - 26 minute random group stage games. Semi Finals will be 1st vs 4th place and 2nd vs 3rd Place. Those winners will play in the championship. You can see rules and tiebreakers HERE. College referees have been assigned to this tournament. We will be strict on fouls and cards to ensure safe play. Three yellow cards by the same player throughout the tournament is a suspension for the remaining of the tournament. Any player receiving a red card, anyone leaving the bench area or any player involved in a fight will be asked to leave the property immediately and can no longer participate. High School Summer League Rules

Friday, June 23, 2023 4:10:11 PM Two - 40 Minute halves will be played with a 5 minute halftime. Hydration breaks will be determined by the referee. Must be at least 18 to be manager/coach of a team. No spitting on the field. Substitutes on any stoppage Shinguards are mandatory All players must have their parent/guardian register them online within 24 hours of kickoff to be included on the team roster. There is no roster limit. Player’s must be entering high school in the 2023/24 academic year. Yellow cards & red cards will be issued at the referees’ discretion. A yellow card given to a player is at least two minutes off the field. Two yellow cards during the same game will result in an immediate ejection from the game. Three yellow cards accumulated during the session will result in a one game suspension. A red card at any time will result in an immediate ejection from the facility along with a minimum of a one game suspension. Red cards given for fighting or verbal abuse of a referee can carry at least a 2 game suspension. Anyone involved in a fight will receive at least a 3 game suspension. At game start time if a team has 6 or less players, it is a forfeit. There is a $50 forfeit fee due by the start of the next game.

Sundays are open at 7:30pm both fields. CFC Park does open space Dec 23-Jan 2 and Jan 16-28. CFC Arena - Hamden Mondays 4 - 5:30pm Tuesdays 4 - 5:30pm Wednesdays 4 - 5pm? Thursdays 4 - 5:30pm Fridays 4 - 5:30pm Saturdays Sundays 7 - 8am all winter. 8am - 11am in Nov and Dec We rent at $220 an hour per field. Please email us at info@cfcpark.com with the weekly time slot you are interested in. A 25% deposit is needed to reserve the field. The remainder is due prior to the first rental.

In case of inclement weather, we do have the option to play 8 v 8 on the inside turf.

CFC Park High School Soccer Summer league will be following NFHS rules but with substitutes on any stoppage.

Discipline Rules:

If a player accumulates 3 yellow cards during the season that player will be suspended for the following game.

A red card is an immediate removal from the CFC Park facility and a suspension for the following game. Red cards given for fighting or verbal abuse of a referee can carry at least a 2 game suspension. Anyone involved in a fight will receive at least a 3 game suspension.

Sportsmanship Zero Tolerance Policy

All spectators, coaches, and players must show respect for each other and the authority of the referees.

Help us set a great example for your youth!

Please cheer enthusiastically for your team. Please acknowledge the good play of both teams. Please do not "HELP" players or coaches or criticize referees.

Let the players make their own decisions on the field.

If your team is not in July 19th's schedule it is because payment must be made in full to be included.

Referees will have a copy of the roster and will check players in at each game.

All of the schedules are now posted online. There have been a few changes so please double check your schedule online.

All players’ parents need to fill out the online waiver. They can click “Register Online” on your league page, Tick “I am registering for a team” and fill out the required information.

Rosters will be printed and all players are required to check in with the referees before kickoff. Players not registered will not be allowed to participate. Please have all players registered at least 24 hours prior to kickoff.

We will continue to post any schedule updates and information above your teams name in the “League News” section. Please check this section before each kickoff.

The referees will be following all high school rules. You can see the discipline rules and our Sportsmanship Zero Tolerance Policy HERE. Please help us encourage positive play.

Bathrooms will be open inside. The water fountain, water filling station, and Powerade machines are now available inside the lobby for you to use.

All teams must have a parent/guardian/coach/manager on the bench sideline. This person should also be registered online for their team.

We are looking forward to a great summer and seeing some great play!

With the overwhelming response for our boys high school league we were able to confirm a field venue.... The beautiful Hamden Hall Beckerman Athletic Complex. There will be one 6PM game slot each Tuesday & Thursday on the turf at this venue.

We will be keeping it as the Hamden and North Haven home venue so the further away teams will only have to travel there a few times throughout the summer!

Hamden Hall Facility Rules:

Only two fans per athlete allowed on the grounds
Fans and players (not playing) need to wear a mask and maintain social distance

High School Soccer League Details

We are gearing up for our CFC Park Summer Leagues!

All players need to have their parent/guardian sign the online waiver for your team:
Girls players CLICK HERE
Boys players CLICK HERE
Then choose “I am registering for a team”.
Choose your team from the drop down menu.
Fill out the required information, click “I agree/accept” and click “Submit Registration”.

There is no roster max. All players must be entering high school in the fall in order to play. Teams must have a registered Coach/Manager/Guardian on the sidelines for every game.

The full balance is due by June 15th. Please give us a call (475) 331-6118 to pay by a credit card over the phone. Your team will not be included in the schedule until the league fee is paid.

Please note that kickoffs will be at 3pm, 4:45 and 6:30pm for the boys league and 4:45 and 6:30PM for the girls league.

Fields are open for small group training

As we continue to work with the state and local health officials, The CFC Park is open for groups of 4 or less that want to train. You will have access to 1/4 of one of the bigger fields or a smaller field for $50 an hour.

We are working on the schedule now. Please email stephen_j_coxon@sbcglobal.net with the amount of hours you need per week and which days/nights work best.

Some details before we start the league:

Arrival to the facility: Please only arrive at the facility no more than 15 minutes prior to kickoff. If you are early please remain in your vehicle until that time.

Pre-Game Checks: Before players and coaches enter the field of play, one representative from each team must do a verbal health check outside the chain link fence. Each player needs to be asked if they have chills, cough, loss of taste/smell, shortness of breath etc. We would prefer each team to have contactless thermometer to take temperature BEFORE anyone enters the fenced in area. This is the ensure everyone's safety.

Water/Sanitizing Products: All players must bring their own water and sanitizing products. All players should have their own hand sanitizer. All players should have their own disinfectant wipes.

Face Coverings: Face coverings are required. Players should wear face coverings as they enter and exit the field. Players should also wear face coverings when sitting on the bench. Parents/Spectators must wear face coverings at all times. Coaches are required to wear face coverings during the game.

Spectators: We are under state guidelines and spectators must be limited. Please limit one family member in attendance per player whenever possible. Spectators must stay outside the fence and watch from the perimeter of the fields.

Game Format: Teams will play 2x25min halves. Players should not bunch together to celebrate goals. Pre-game and post-game handshakes (as well as huddles) are eliminated.

Rosters: Rosters are unlimited. A parent just needs to sign your team's online waiver before they step onto the field.
